Welcome to the Lake Vista Village Property Owners Association (LVVPOA) at Cedar Creek Lake Website!  

We are a small, friendly neighborhood of 118 properties and a fewer number of homes, nestled in the southeast portion of Cedar Creek Lake in Henderson County, Texas.  It is community for residents only; NO short-term rentals (i.e. no VRBO, AirBnB, etc) and NO corporations. Our community is made up of both permanent residents and weekenders who share a common bond of living life at the lake.  The Lake Vista Village Property Owners Association (LVVPOA) run by volunteers who serve on the board of directors.  

Lake Vista Village is a No Solicitation neighborhood.
